Guiga Giacomo started his career during the so-called “internet bubble”. From the start, he learned how to create online media, and after a couple of years, he was asked to join Agência Click, one of the biggest and cutting-edge digital agencies in Brazil. After that, he joined AlmapBBDO, where he formed the agency’s first hybrid team. During this time he created concepts that crossed online and offline for the biggest brands in the country. This expertise brought him to Ogilvy&Mather, where he had the opportunity to lead teams as a Creative Director and after two years as Executive Creative Director. He helped to develop the Pereira&O’Dell office in São Paulo, an opportunity that also brought him a lot about the branded entertainment business. He has also won the top global award festivals and participated in international advertising juries. He has vast experience working for top brands including Volkswagen, Audi, Fiat, Renault, Claro, Nextel, Motorola, Coca-Cola, Ambev, Pepsi, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Havaianas, Unilever, Nestlé, and others.
